Our extensive renovation and extension of this stunning property in the lanes of St Martin has reached an exciting stage.

With phase one complete, our wonderful clients are busy moving into their new home and settling into its stylish spaces.

We’re busy working through the snagging process with main contractor Breton and various other consultants and service providers, including Hannah Colclough Design.

‘Snagging’ means identifying any outstanding imperfections that need addressing before works can be considered complete. At StudiO, we’re all about the details, which means we take more pleasure in snagging than most!

On a recent site visit, Daria captured these images of the details and touches that make this home so enticing.

In addition to transforming the existing house, phase one included the addition of a substantial office and flower workshop – a new HQ for our client’s floristry business.

Phase two, already underway, will involve a substantial landscaping project, including a terrace, swimming pool and a beautiful poolhouse with outdoor kitchen. Stay tuned for updates!
