The West Coast Farmhouse has been named Best Internal Domestic Project of the Year at the 2025 Guernsey Property & Construction Awards.

Our bold but sensitive extension and renovation of this 17th-century Guernsey granite farmhouse aimed to re-establish a sense of flow and cohesion, both within the interior spaces and between the house and its garden.

At its heart is a single, oversized concrete column that allows for minimally framed, floor-to-ceiling glazing, which opens fully, dissolving the boundary between inside and out.
